Tajani: Hey there, it’s Tajani again with TruStart Home Buyers. So I’m going to walk you through this process of what it’s like to work with us. And as you can see I have some trustee document paperwork here so I don’t forget anything first, and secondly, so I’m abundantly clear in what I’m trying to say.
So you may be asking yourself, what is it like to work with TruStart Home Buyers? Most of our clients really enjoy the ease and convenience of working with us. And like I said, it’s different than working with a realtor. We try to get the homes in the hands of people that really want them as quickly as we can.
So first step, easy. Contact us. And just so all of you out there know, I was not hired for my handwriting skills. First thing, contact us. Just go to our website, www.TruStartHomes. T-R-U-S-T-A-R-T homes.com, and there you will find our phone number and an information box where you can reach us. Simply fill out the information in the information box and either I or somebody else will contact you as soon as we can. Give us a call and there’ll always be somebody there to answer the phone.
Second step. Once you contact us, you’ll either speak to me or Jezzy, or an assistant. So second step. We get you on the phone.
Remember, we’re here to serve you and help you so whatever form of communication you prefer, just let us know and we’ll continue that form of communication.
We’ll ask you a series of questions such as, “Why do you want to sell? How quickly do you want sell? What’s the reason for selling? Does the house need any repairs? Is there anything else I should know about the property before I go and see it?”
I promise, there are not many questions, but it just gives us a feel and a bigger picture of what your situation is, and how we can best serve you.
Third step, I’ll let Jezzy do, because that’s where he will pay you a quick visit to the house.
Jezzy: Hi there, this is Jezzy with TruStart Home Buyers. So I’m going to continue here explaining the process. Our third step or process will be to pay you a visit. I personally will go and visit the property.
Step number three. So during that visit I’m going to meet with you. I’m going to spend about half an hour over there, basically going through question and answers, take some notes, take some pictures of the property. And also I’ll make you an offer the same day. Yes, the same day.
So, something that looks something like this. This is our written offer, would be our fourth step. This offer, we, after all the analysis that we have done that day, the offer, we’ll consider some deductions of course, because we’re a business so we need to make some money during the process.
So our goal for us is to put in your pocket as much money as we can.
Tajani: Remember, when we accept your offer, we will pay your normal closing costs. We close on your schedule. You don’t pay us any commissions or fees. You don’t have to make any repairs to the house. And we will either pay your moving expenses within a certain area, one month free storage, or one month free rent. And please remember that we will donate $500 to the charity of your choice.
